To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: 60-day written notice for brand management clients; 30-written notice for coaching clients; 72-hour notice for training, workshops, retreats.
We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: A 7 or 14 or 30-day free trial that begins when users register for a new account. The free trial includes unlimited access to all resources available on our site.
At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: You will automatically be billed our monthly subscription rate. If you do not want to be billed, you will need to cancel your subscription before your free trial ends.
To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: Log in to your account and select "Update User Profile" under the "Housekeeping" tab.

Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 3 days after receipt of your goods.

Refunds for Services
Training cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee; Coaching services will be fully refunded if the services are canceled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided; For events like retreats and workshops, If your cancellation is at least 72 hours in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a gift certificate to attend a future class. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Email Client Services or complete the form at https://acibranding.com/support; Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and ACI Branding, Inc.. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between you and ACI Branding, Inc..
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and ACI Branding, Inc. agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
